No Facebook (and other updates)
Shalom to all:
So many updates, I’ll start with this. I’m taking a break from Facebook for a little while. I’m not taking a break from all networking (as you can see here), just no facebook. I needed a change in my life, and I was using facebook too much. Now, I’m not sure for how long this will be, all I know is that it’s been good not refreshing my facebook page every time I open my computer. Still using Google+, Twitter, Tumblr, Gmail, etc. So my point is not to get away from social media, it is only for personal need for a little change.
Updates to come (from latest to most recent): My fourth of July, BeeHive Collective, and getting arrested with the Tar Sands Action. Lots to share. Lots going on in this world.
Coming up in my life!:
I’m planing a Benefit for the RAMPS Campaign (http://rampscampaign.org/). The benefit is going to be a contra dance “Dancing for Our Mountains.” It will be at then end of October/beginning of November. Please consider donating to this wonderful campaign.
Also, I’m attempting to get Larry Gibson on my collage campus in the spring.
